Design and Simulation of a Microfluidic Circuitry for a Lab-on-a-Chip (MEMS)

This project aimed to design a passive micromixer to mix two fluids pumped by two micropumps in order to achieve efficient mixing. The proposed micromixer has two valveless mechanical micropumps, an intersecting channel, and a passive micromixing element. The micropump will be actuated using a diaphragm with a piezoelectric element.
